Why choose Padel Vision

Project Management

Delivering a padel facility involves multiple disciplines — manufacturing, engineering, construction, electrics and planning. With 20+ years project management experience, our team oversees every stage, coordinating partners and timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective delivery. We provide tailored project plans and regular updates throughout the process.

Engineering Services

Each court weighs over four tonnes — engaging the right engineer is essential. We combine our manufacturer’s technical expertise with a local structural engineer to ensure both product and site are fully assessed. Local engineering sign-off is considered a minimum requirement for installation; you can appoint your own engineer or use one of our preferred partners.

Design

A court must not only perform, but look right in its environment. We offer a wide range of court models and customise elements to suit your location and brand. Our manufacturing partner — producing over 30 courts per day and with 40+ years’ canopy experience — is becoming the world leader in premium canopy-court solutions for wet climates.

Design Expertise

With over 10 years of padel experience across the UK, we understand what makes a court safe, functional, and enjoyable to play on. From safe run-off areas to ball-containment and player access, we work with you (and your architect if required) to ensure your court is future-proofed and fit for purpose.

Certification

All installations require certification from qualified professionals — architects, engineers, fire officers, electricians, etc — to meet local building regulations. We manage these services for you or advise on the minimum certification requirements for padel court and canopy installations.

Contracts

We act as a single point of contract — supplying, delivering, and installing the complete solution. Unlike agents or brokers, we take responsibility for your padel facility from start to finish, providing a UK-based contract that protects both product delivery and your long-term peace of mind.

01

Consultation

We begin by understanding your goals, expectations, and vision for your padel project. From there, we advise on the most suitable options — carefully considering your available space, site access, and budget.

02

Site meeting

We carry out a site visit to assess measurements, topography, and any constraints. Based on your goals and site requirements, we recommend the best solution and provide a detailed cost breakdown for your padel court and/or canopy.

03

Build order contract

Once specifications and design features are agreed, we prepare your build order for supply, delivery, and installation. A project timeline and delivery plan are then created for you.

04

Design and build

We work with our planning, engineering, and construction partners to support the full design and build — covering planning compliance, architectural input, structural engineering, and court or canopy base construction.

05

Install and sign-off

Before handover, we complete a full inspection of all components — including fixings, lighting, and playing surface — and provide an engineer’s opinion confirming compliance with building regulations.

Why we choose Favaretti

Warranties

Your court is a long-term investment — warranties are a clear indicator of build quality and durability. We offer market-leading 10-year warranties on all structural components (including corrosion) for both courts and canopies, fully aligned with UK standards.

Materials

Our courts are built using 3-6 mm hot-dip galvanised steel (BS 1461), 12 mm tempered glass and EN-compliant synthetic turf — delivering superior strength and durability vs the lighter profiles and thinner glass used by many manufacturers. The result: a safer, longer-lasting court with reduced risk of breakage.

Regulations

We follow SAPCA guidance to ensure courts are built to the highest engineering standards and future-proofed for likely regulation — including the requirement for a 10-year structural warranty.

Certifications

We supply full engineering and build documentation as standard — including structural load reports (wind/snow), lighting design, electrical sign-off, material certificates and installation quality checks — so your engineer has everything required to confirm compliance.
